Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to exchange or refund an item, please return the item within 7 days in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Faulty items
In the unlikely event that an item becomes faulty within a reasonable period of time, you will be offered a free repair service or a full refund. To comply with the UK's Health and Safety regulations, earrings cannot be exchanged unless they become faulty within a reasonable period of time
